Massage

I have found that going to a massage therapist who understands fibromyalgia is very helpful.she does massage and a technique called cupping. It pulls all the toxins out of the muscles. Yesterday was the first day in years that I have had very little pain and was able to enjoy my day. It might not be the answer for everyone, but worth a try. I go every other week for now and hope to go to once a month soon.
